Once again reminding people that testis-preserving #vulvoplasty / #vaginoplasty is a real thing that exists. All they do is #tuck them up in the inguinal canal and suture it shut before going to work on everything else.
There is no reason for anyone to undergo an #orchidectomy and then have to be on #testosterone. If you want that, and your surgeon doesn't offer that, find another surgeon.
It's disheartening to run into #transgender / #nonbinary people who have had it and didn't know the options, and I run into so many people who are weighing the drawbacks, I really want this to be common knowledge.

You don't need to use weird spellings or algospeak for any topics on the Fediverse ("unalived", "seggs" etc). There is no automated moderation or algorithm on here, moderation happens entirely through human beings and posts are shown in chronological order.
In fact it's better that you use the correct spellings for difficult topics so that people with genuine traumas related to them can filter them more easily.

It's a really bad idea to use non-standard characters for stylistic reasons, it does affect screen readers significantly.
I think patr€on would sound like "patr" "euro sign" "on".
That's awful. (And really not necessary here, as posts containing the word are not shadowbanned or restricted or anything.)
My Firefox addon got approved! It ensures i.imgur.com, preview.redd.it, i.reddit.com and media.tumblr.com actually send you an image when visiting links instead of redirecting to a page with a bunch of proprietary javascript!

No they aren't. That is terribly off the mark. The majority of Israelis are good people who have elected a monster and don't know how to get rid of him now. No elections in 'war-time'. NEVER lump them all together. That is dangerous ground and should be avoided all al times and especially now, in relation to the situation in Gaza.
